Technical information

Ordinary hosting and server infrastructure may process technical information created by a visit to the website. That can include Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser or user-agent information, the requested URL, and request timing or status information.

This policy describes the website as it is currently built. PCG does not claim to collect additional categories of information beyond what the website, its forms, and the hosting and communications services used to operate them actually process.

How information is used

Information submitted through the website may be used to:

  • Respond to inquiries
  • Review submitted properties and questions
  • Communicate with the person who submitted the information
  • Evaluate whether PCG can assist
  • Perform work if a separate engagement is later established
  • Operate and help secure the website
  • Maintain appropriate business records
  • Satisfy legal or regulatory obligations

Property documents and confidential materials

You should upload only materials you are authorized to provide. Leases, rent rolls, financial statements, offering materials, and similar records may include confidential information or information about third parties, such as tenants.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, passwords, banking credentials, or unrelated highly sensitive personal information unless that information is specifically appropriate or requested.

PCG treats submitted commercial-property materials as business records associated with an inquiry. Submitting documents through the website does not create attorney-client confidentiality or any other special legal privilege.

Service providers

PCG uses service providers reasonably necessary to operate the website, store submissions, deliver communications, and conduct business. Current providers relevant to this policy include:

  • Vercel, for website hosting, serverless processing, and ordinary platform logs
  • Vercel Blob, for private storage of submission records and Analyze a Property documents
  • Resend, for transactional and internal website email delivery
  • Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online, for PCG business email and correspondence

Upload and storage security

Analyze a Property documents are stored in private storage. Internal PCG notifications may include time-limited secure download links so authorized recipients can retrieve uploaded files. Those signed links currently expire after seven days.

PCG uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the systems used to operate this website. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention

Submitted form records and Analyze a Property uploads are generally retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive interaction.

Information may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for an active engagement, legal or regulatory obligations, dispute resolution, fraud or security purposes, or legitimate business-record requirements.

Retention and deletion are currently handled operationally and manually. This policy does not represent that an automated deletion system is in place.

Email correspondence, including messages sent or received through PCG business email, may be retained as part of ordinary business records where appropriate.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The PCG website application does not currently use advertising cookies, Google Analytics or comparable application analytics, advertising pixels, or behavioral or session-replay tools.

PCG does not sell submitted personal information for advertising purposes.

Ordinary hosting and infrastructure logs may still exist as part of operating the website. Browsers, networks, and service providers may also create their own technical mechanisms outside the PCG application. This policy does not make absolute claims about every cookie or technical record that a browser or provider might create.

Sharing and disclosure

Access to submitted information is limited to PCG and service providers reasonably necessary to operate the website, storage, communications, and business functions, except when disclosure is authorized or legally required.

PCG may also disclose information:

  • With the submitter's authorization
  • Where legally required
  • To protect rights or security, or to prevent misuse of the website or submitted information
  • In connection with a legitimate business transfer, if applicable

Children

This website is intended for commercial real estate business use. It is not directed to children under 18, and PCG does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 through the website.

Privacy requests

You may send requests regarding access, correction, or deletion of information submitted through this website, where applicable, to bob@piljaycre.com.

Some records may need to be retained where required or permitted by law, or where legitimate recordkeeping, engagement, dispute, security, or regulatory obligations apply.
